One year ago, Vanova Vein opened with a simple but powerful goal: to make expert, thoughtful sclerotherapy more accessible in our community—without the overwhelm of large practices or the uncertainty of med spas that don’t specialize in vein care.
As we reflect on our first year, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together.
After more than a decade working in vascular surgery and venous care at major academic medical centers in Denver, I saw a clear gap. Patients with spider veins were often unsure where to go. Some were told laser was their only option. Others were shuffled between clinics that didn’t focus on cosmetic vein care at all.
Vanova Vein was created to fill that gap—offering specialized, evidence-based sclerotherapy in a calm, patient-centered setting, where education and results truly matter.
In our first year, Vanova Vein had the privilege of treating patients from all over the Denver metro area. Many came to us after years of wondering if their veins could be treated. Others were referred by trusted providers or found us after searching for a specialist who truly focuses on veins.
Some highlights from year one:
Helped hundreds of patients take the first step toward clearer, more confident legs
Built strong referral relationships with vein specialists, medical practices, and aesthetic providers
Educated patients on why sclerotherapy remains the gold standard for spider vein treatment
Maintained a boutique approach—never rushing visits and always prioritizing safety and outcomes
Most importantly, we built trust—and that means everything.
Vanova Vein is intentionally different. We don’t try to do everything.
This is all we do.
Our practice is focused exclusively on sclerotherapy using FDA-approved, preservative-free Asclera®, backed by years of vascular experience. Every treatment plan is individualized, and every patient is cared for with the same attention and respect I would want for my own family.
Gratitude for Our Community
To every patient who trusted me with their care—thank you.
To every provider who referred a patient our way—thank you.
To every person who shared a kind word, a review, or a recommendation—thank you.
Supporting a small, locally owned medical practice makes a real difference, and I’m deeply grateful for this community.
As we enter our second year, the vision for Vanova Vein continues to grow. We’re focused on:
Expanding access to sclerotherapy for more patients
Strengthening partnerships with medical and aesthetic providers
Continuing education and outreach around vein health
Maintaining the same thoughtful, personalized care that defined our first year
This is just the beginning.
